So why do certain traders win while other can’t keep up at all? Here are the usual mistakes I notice and a good handful of things you can do to avoid them altogether.

The first mistake people make when trading penny stocks is falling victim to hype. Micro cap stocks have their prices manipulated by mania, but if the market insanity overwhelms you, it can end up quickly bankrupting you. The reason is since more intelligent investors are aware when the upward momentum is over, even if you don’t. Do not start thinking this stock you have is the next Google or the next Microsoft!
